Shipping: Dispatch will be within 28 days of confirmation of payment received for your order. If you have not received your goods within 28 days, please contact us immediately.
Shipping charges are subject to fluctations. All charges are clearly shown at checkout stage before committing to purchase. Our charges are normally by weight for the heavier items with a handling fee. VAT is added to the delivery costs and is included in the displayed price on checkout.
Charges (ex.VAT) are £2.50 for handling with costs of £2.50 for up to 2Kg, up to 5Kg it is £8.50, up to 10Kg it is £15.00, 20Kg it is £25.00 and up to 50Kg it is £35.00. As orders can vary in size, prices might vary slightly. Please contact us with any queries prior to ordering. You can see the full cost of delivery by going to the checkout once your order is complete, prior to committing to the purchase.
Returns: Please note that any items returned to us which you claim to be faulty or incomplete are checked and verified by our technicians. Any returned items that are found not to be faulty or incomplete will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method.
In the event that your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage.
Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier. |
