Acclaim operate a no spam policy. If you have received emails unsolicited from us it is likely that our email addresses have been spoofed to send out spam emails on behalf of a third party. All details supplied by customers to us are retained for only as long as needed.
We do NOT pass information onto other suppliers or companies whether it be for profit or for free. We only use your details for the trades you make with us. If you do register with newsletters or some other form of registering, and subsequently wish to leave, simply contact us to remove your name or logon to your account and switch the service off.
We do NOT retain credit card or bank details, the backoffice transaction processing is performed via PayPal and their policy should be referred to for this purpose. You do NOT need to register with PayPal to make a purchase, you can simply use them as a transaction handler to make payments via your credit card.
